One of the best gifts I received last year was Radio City Christmas Spectacular tickets.  This was a gift from my brother when we visited them for Christmas last year.  I enjoyed the show very much and also came to the realization that gifting show tickets is actually a great idea!!!

So this year, I will be giving my niece Taylor Swift Tickets for her birthday. And my uncle will be receiving Chicago Theatre Tickets.  This idea of giving show tickets as gifts is really easy and very appreciated by the recepient simply because its a gift that you can actually talk about.  And, if the show you see is something you are really interested in or a fan of, you will probabbly talk about it for years to come.  How many times have you heard people talk about a show they had seen 5, 10, even 20 years ago?  I think this is something that will stay with the person for a very long time.

From a gift giver prespective, it is nice to know that your gift is really appreciated and makes the recepient feel good even if its only for a couple of hours.  Now if you really want to make a statement, you can buy premier tickets or the best seats in the house and give them the full VIP treatment.  Now that will definately be something!!!
