I am in the process of building out my man cave, you know, a “Guys” room…..I will have my giant flat screen, video games, stereo and pool table in this room.  It is almost done, but what I did realize was that the lighting is what will give it that perfect final touch.

I have done a lot of searching, and I think I will be going with the hinkley light fixtures because they look cool and modern. This was a hard decision, because I was initially set on making the room look like a cigar lounge from the 20′s and started off by looking at fine art lamps and found some really great items. But after thinking about it and talking about it with the guys, we all felt that the old style would be a bit outdated and we wanted to go with a more modern look…I know, they are extremes, but thats just the way I am…..the coices were so different that once we decided what we wanted to go with, picking the final light fixtures was pretty easy.

I should have the rooom finished in about 4 days, and I can’t wait for the grand opening, which will be just in time for the NBA playoffs.
