Buying a Car
So my current car lease is about to end. I need a new car to replace what I’m currently driving. I am stuck between gettinga sports car, an SUV, a pick up truck or an economy car. However, I think I have narrowed down my choices to the following:
For a sports car, I’m looking at the Audi TT. I think this car is cool looking and offers everything a sports car is designed to do. It’s sleek, fast and comfortable.
For a truck, I’m looking at the Ford F150. I mean, come on, that is the Mother of ALL Trucks. It is their best selling model and they are a ton of them out on the streets. That speaks volumes for its reliability and popularity.
For an SUV, I’m considering the Ford Expedition. I think, the ford’s are built tough and offer the best deal for the money. They look good, ride well and Ford still has good offers going on at the dealers.
Now for the economy car, I am looking at the Hyundai Genesis. This car was not one the first ones to pop into my mind when I first started looking, but from a pure financial standpoint it makes a lot of sense. It’s inexpensive, yet offers a great number of the features and gadgets that its competitors do. So basically< I would be getting the same luxuries in other cars, but would end up paying much more for them.
With all this to consider, and a short time to make my decision, this process is fast becoming a chore that reminds me of homework. There are so many things to consider because it is such a big investment. I want to take my time and do this right, but the other part of me wants to be purely impulsive and just go buy a car that will appeal to me in a more superficial way.
